An athlete’s perspective, a therapist’s precision.

clinical interests: muscle recovery, athletic care, deep tissue massage

As a local raised in Cambridge, Connor is excited to be joining the function community in Guelph. An avid athlete growing up, he played hockey, football, lacrosse, and basketball. He was set to play university football, but his season was cancelled due to COVID-19. Connor then went on to complete his studies at Conestoga College, proudly graduating with High Distinction as the first and only male in his class.

Connor brings advanced knowledge in treatment planning. As a former athlete turned Registered Massage Therapist, he applies a performance-focused approach to care—supporting clients in managing chronic pain, rehabilitating injuries, correcting muscular imbalances, and relieving trigger points. His ultimate goal is to help clients move better, recover faster, and live stronger.

Connor’s treatments incorporate Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, joint mobilizations, myofascial release, stretching, and active movement techniques. With a background in exercise science, he also emphasizes the importance of home care in supporting recovery and long-term results.

He has a strong interest in working with athletes and individuals with chronic conditions.

Outside the clinic, Connor serves as a youth leader at Living Word Baptist Church in Cambridge. He’s a dedicated family man with a large extended family—and a gamer during his downtime.

a retired rugby player and forever athlete in life.

Three words: energetic, optimistic, curious.

Andrew’s drive to pursue a career in the healthcare field is very similar to that of many. With a background in competitive hockey and collegiate rugby, he experienced his fair share of muscle/joint injuries and concussions.

The value he found from various health professionals was what allowed him to continue to perform day in and day out. While this is what led him towards his journey, it was on that journey where he discovered his true passion. His call to action – to encourage and empower his community to strive to be the happiest, and healthiest versions of themselves.

As a healthcare professional, Andrew’s main goal is to provide his community opportunities. Opportunities to be heard, to learn about the root cause of their pain/complaints, and ultimately the opportunity to heal. As a board-certified chiropractor, functional integrated acupuncture provider, and with supplementary training in functional neurological assessment, Andrew has the knowledge, practical experience, and resources to help you reach your goals.

Aside from his practice, Andrew is most excited to develop, lead, and get involved in various community events and initiatives.
