We are spine, muscle, joint, and nervous system experts! We utilize a non-invasive, hands-on approach to assess how your body moves and a variety of manual techniques and tools to keep you not only moving your best, but feeling your best. Many people seek chiropractic care to alleviate pain, reduce their risk of injury, improve flexibility, mobility and/or posture.

We’ve got more than just your back! We are trained to work on all muscles and joints so you’re covered from head to toe - literally.

Every new patient must first book an initial assessment where we go through a thorough health history to better get to know and understand you. We also complete a full biomechanical and functional assessment to determine the best course of care.

Please note: It is determined on a case-by-case basis whether or not treatment is appropriate on the first visit. Most often, treatment is provided.

Subsequent appointments are booked based on treatment recommendations and will include a unique combination of manual or instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy, manual adjusting, acupuncture, taping, exercise, rehabilitation and education.

Book a complimentary 15-minute virtual appointment to “meet” and ask all the questions to see if we’re the right fit for your health care team.

Laura is a welcoming presence with a dedication to helping clients restore movement and vitality. While obtaining her degree in both Psychology and Education at Nipissing University, she was introduced to chronic pain and its potential implications related to mental health. This fascination of the mind + body connection ultimately led her to earn a Massage Therapy diploma from Eastern College in 2018.

With a soothing touch, Laura is experienced in treating symptoms of conditions such as whiplash, frozen shoulder, sciatica, fibromyalgia, carpal tunnel as well as daily strains on the body. An important part of her practice is educating clients of postural imbalances, remedial exercise, and general home-care to empower clients to take charge in their path to recovery.

Ultimately Laura feels most centered and grounded amongst the Northern Ontario wilderness and strives to bring that same realm of relaxation into her treatment room. If she’s not in treatment, you can find Laura listening to True Crime podcasts, making pottery, or cooking up a storm in the kitchen with a glass of wine. Laura is constantly on the search for thrift store finds where she can refurbish and restore!

a retired rugby player and forever athlete in life.

Three words: energetic, optimistic, curious.

Andrew’s drive to pursue a career in the healthcare field is very similar to that of many. With a background in competitive hockey and collegiate rugby, he experienced his fair share of muscle/joint injuries and concussions.

The value he found from various health professionals was what allowed him to continue to perform day in and day out. While this is what led him towards his journey, it was on that journey where he discovered his true passion. His call to action – to encourage and empower his community to strive to be the happiest, and healthiest versions of themselves.

As a healthcare professional, Andrew’s main goal is to provide his community opportunities. Opportunities to be heard, to learn about the root cause of their pain/complaints, and ultimately the opportunity to heal. As a board-certified chiropractor, functional integrated acupuncture provider, and with supplementary training in functional neurological assessment, Andrew has the knowledge, practical experience, and resources to help you reach your goals.

Aside from his practice, Andrew is most excited to develop, lead, and get involved in various community events and initiatives.
